■520    ▼aThe  Christian  missionary  work  is  based  on  the  historic  salvation  event  of  the  Cross  and  the  command  of  the  Lord  Jesus  Christ.  The  Lord  said  that  the  purpose  of  His  coming  on  this  earth  was  to  preach  the  gospel  (Mark  1:8),  further  clarifying  that  He  called  His  disciples  "to  become  fishers  of  men"  (Mark  1:17).
■520    ▼aIn  addition,  Jesus  Christ  proclaimed  that  missionary  work  is  an  assignment  for  churches,  a  task  needing  to  be  carried  out  on  earth:  "But  you  shall  receive  power,"  said  Jesus,  "when  the  Holy  Spirit  has  come  upon  you;  and  you  shall  be  witness  to  Me  in  Jerusalem,  and  in  all  Judea  and  Samaria,  and  to  the  end  of  the  earth"  (Acts  1:8).
■520    ▼aThe  missionary  working  partner  and  motivating  power  is  the  Holy  Spirit,  and  the  Holy  Spirit  is  the  authority  who  grants  all  churches  of  Christ  to  serve  in  the  global  evangelization  work,  so  that  only  the  person  who  has  the  burning  spirit  of  Pentecost  can  become  a  faithful  missionary.
■520    ▼aMissionary  activity  is  not  one  of  the  various  activities  in  church,  but  the  standard  of  all  activities  in  the  church.  For  a  church  to  become  a  true  church,  to  return  to  its  position  as  a  true  church,  it  must  advance  out  of  itself.
■520    ▼aIn  this  dissertation,  the  concept  of  missions  and  missionary  work  shown  in  the  Old  and  New  Testament  were  studied,  and  the  biblical  missionary  strategy  and  definition  given  by  theologians  were  learned. The  fatal  movement,  pastoral  studies,  evangelism  and  missionary  work  of  Yonsei  Central  Baptist  Church  were  studied  in  Chapter  3.  Chapter  4  studies  the  specified  missionary  program  and  results  produced  from  missionary  training  and  short-term  missionary  work  by  the  church's  young  men,  as  well  as  surveying  the  growth  of  the  young  men's  belief  through  the  short-term  missionary  work.  The  results  and  points  to  be  improved  through  the  missionary  work  have  been  represented  in  Chapter  5.
■520    ▼aMany  people  define  that  missionary  work  means  to  advance  from  their  cultural  territory  to  another  cultural  territory.  However,  it  is  insufficient  to  limit  true  missionary  work  to  the  above  definition  only.
■520    ▼aMissionary  work  is  an  extension  of  the  evangelical  work.  Missionary  work  is  the  best  key  to  the  growth  of  the  church.  God's  holy  will  shall  be  realized  by  activating  the  missionary  work  in  every  church.
