초록/해제: 요약 : I investigated the correlation between externalizing behavior and foster placement disruption. I selected the study subjects from traditional foster care active cases at Central Baptist Children's Home & Family Services, a social services agency. A total of 20 foster children subjects participated in the study. The participants used for the study were female and male all African American. The age group of the foster children participants was 6 to 10 years old. There was no contact with the children. The CBCL was administered to the foster parents regarding their foster children's display of internalizing and externalizing behavior. The Pearson Correlation and Spearman Correlation were used to identify a correlation between externalizing behavior and foster placement disruptions. The results establish that the null hypothesis was accepted due to the low correlation value of the externalizing behaviors and foster placement disruptions for both the Pearson Correlation and Spearman Correlation.
