■520    ▼aIt  is  the  plain  will  of  God  for  the  church  to  experience  conversion  church  growth  since  Christ  commands  it,  the  love  of  God  compels  it,  the  Holy  Spirit's  work  produces  it,  and  human  lives  are  transformed  by  it.  The  biblical  role  of  the  church,  such  as  worship,  evangelism,  discipleship,  ministry,  and  fellowship,  also  makes  conversion  church  growth  biblical,  natural,  and  logical  outcome  of  the  life  and  ministry  of  the  biblically-functioning  church.  In  addition,  the  two  great  biblical  models  for  conversion  church  growth  in  the  Book  of  Acts;  namely,  the  church  at  Jerusalem  and  the  church  at  Antioch,  make  conversion  church  growth  the  normal  and  standard  experience  of  every  Spirit-led  church.
■520    ▼aThe  early  church  exhibited  extraordinary  conversion  church  growth  since  Christ,  Paul,  and  the  apostles  gave  the  early  disciples  the  excellent  teachings  of  conversion  church  growth  with  their  own  words  and  deeds,  and  challenged  the  early  church  to  apply  those  principles  in  their  ministries.  Numerous  churches  in  Christian  history  have  experienced  tremendous  conversion  church  growth  when  they  have  studied  those  principles  and  apply  them  wholeheartedly.  Some  of  those  principles  include:  qualified  pastoral  leadership,  vision  for  conversion  church  growth,  prayer,  empowerment  of  the  Spirit,  inspirational  worship,  cultural  sensitivity  and  adaptation,  focus  upon  responsive  and  receptive  people,  effective  discipleship  and  leadership  development,  and  effective  gift-oriented  ministry  by  every  member.
■520    ▼aThe  Korean  church  serving  in  the  twenty-first  century  needs  to  focus  on  conversion  church  growth  with  great  care  and  determination  since  it  has  experienced  stagnation  for  the  last  two  decades  and  might  begin  to  decline  in  the  next  decade.  The  mounting  ecclesiastical  problems  and  unfavorable  social  environment  for  the  proclamation  of  the  gospel  offer  tremendous  challenges  and  obstacles  for  the  conversion  growth  of  the  Korean  church.  The  Korean  church,  therefore,  needs  to  pay  attention  to  the  biblical  principles  of  conversion  church  growth  and  apply  them  wholeheartedly  in  their  life  and  ministry.  The  application  of  those  principles,  especially  those  selected  ones  in  this  dissertation,  requires  the  renewal  of  the  spirit  and  morality  of  the  Korean  church,  the  fundamental  change  of  the  paradigm  of  ministry,  adaptation  to  the  present  culture  without  compromising  morality,  and  the  innovation  of  methodology.
