■520    ▼aThis  dissertation  analyzes  the  theological  correlation  between  the  book  of  Hebrews  and  its  hymns.  Chapter  one  provides  an  introduction  to  the  topic  and  discusses  significant  features  of  research.  The  chapter  proposes  the  thesis  that  there  is  a  distinct  connection  among  the  authorial  hymns  of  the  epistle  within  its  canonical  volume  and  that  the  hymns  in  fact  serve  as  a  terse  review  of  the  epistle's  theology.

■520    ▼aLike  the  arrangement  of  the  previous  chapter,  chapter  four  initially  presents  an  evaluation  of  the  theology  of  the  book  of  Hebrews.  From  the  preceding  historical  and  exegetical  examinations,  four  predominant  theological  concepts  that  highlight  the  organization  of  the  volume  are  suggested  and  fleshed  out  through  each  section.  The  hymns  of  Hebrews  are  subsequently  assessed  following  the  same  methodology.
