■520    ▼aThis  project  was  designed  to  address  the  need  for  discipleship  of  young  adult  men  in  the  Mount  Calvary  Baptist  Church  in  Englewood,  New  Jersey.  The  project  set  out  to  lead  disciples  to  a  greater  commitment  to  Jesus  as  Lord  and  to  discover  whether  preaching,  pedagogy  and  praxis  could  accomplish  the  task.  Seven  young  adult  men  were  selected  for  a  six  week  training  process.  The  training  involved  sermons,  group  Bible  studies  and  community  service.  The  results  of  the  model  were  evaluated  by  qualitative  analysis  aparatuses,  and  show  that  greater  commitment  to  Jesus  as  Lord  was  achieved  through  preaching,  pedagogy  and  praxis.
