■520    ▼aThe  purpose  of  this  project  was  to  evaluate  the  impact  of  the  Wellspring  Academy  for  Christian  Leadership  in  the  ministries  of  the  participating  pastors.  A  researcher-designed  pretest  and  posttest  was  given  to  the  2003–04  class  of  participants  to  measure  changes  in  practical  ministry  skills,  attitudes,  and  confidence.  Supplemental  research  tools  included  narrative  evaluations,  a  strategic  long-range  plan,  a  Life  Ministry  Plan  an  autobiographical  evaluation  of  leadership  gifts),  an  extensive  personality  inventory  instrument,  and  notes  from  my  Field  Worker's  Journal.
