초록/해제: 요약 : During the entire project I gathered information from Relaunch Team members on how they defined the quality of their relationships with other team members. I documented this information using genogram software. I wanted to contrast their relationships at the beginning of the project with their relationships at the end of the project. The project concluded on May 27, 2010 with a reflection on the projects and our own sense of relationships.

초록/해제: 요약 : The project began in Jackson, MS on January 18, 2010 with a gathering of the ReLaunch Team. The members of the Relaunch Team are perpetually chosen from the ranks of the middle judicatory of the episcopal district. The ReLaunch Team designed and implemented two renewal opportunities within the episcopal district. One project focused on leading a local church through a relational process for renewal. The second project involved a retreat setting for clergy to reflect on the nature of congregational conflict and notions of systems based reconciliation.

초록/해제: 요약 : The Southwestern Delta Episcopal District was fragmented because of geographical distance and a lack of meaningful relationships between clergy and lay leadership within the episcopal district. The episcopal district struggled to discern a corporate vision for mission.
