■520    ▼aPearson's  r  was  used  to  determine  that  there  was  a  low  positive  statistically  significant  relationship  between  Christian  worldview  scores  and  organizational  commitment  and  Christian  worldview  scores  and  number  of  people  mentored.  While  two  statistically  significant  relationships  were  found,  the  four  remaining  job-related  variables  had  no  statistically  significant  relationship  with  Christian  worldview.  Several  limitations  and  generalizations  existed  in  the  study,  which  highlighted  areas  for  future  research.
■520    ▼aTheories  on  how  one's  worldview  relates  to  other  areas  of  life  abound,  but  little  about  the  relationship  has  actually  been  quantified.  By  selecting  Christian  worldview,  the  researcher  carried  out  a  quantitative  study  to  determine  if  there  is  a  relationship  between  Christian  worldview  scores  and  job-related  variables  for  business  professionals.  An  instrument  was  developed  by  utilizing  the  Worldview  Index,  demographic  questions,  and  six  self-report  job-related  questions.  A  total  of  121  business  professionals  from  two  social  networking  sites  completed  the  survey.
