■520    ▼aSpecial  emphasis  is  the  comparisons  of  the  ministries  in  terms  of  capabilities,  staff,  and  ministry  experience.  Included  in  this  is  a  careful  comparison  of  philosophy  of  ministry  detailing  eleven  similarities  and  specific  differences  as  well  as  distinctiveness.  This  research  aids  both  the  pastor  needing  assistance  as  well  as  those  with  the  responsibility  of  recommending  adequate  and  reliable  Christian  counseling  and  treatment.
■520    ▼aSpecific  research  uncovers  the  most  common  problems  pastors  encounter,  the  most  dominant  problems,  as  well  as  the  most  devastating.  Included  are  twenty-two  causes  for  the  problems  and  thirteen  proposed  reasons  for  pastors  failing  to  seek  professional  help.  The  proposal  for  the  formation  of  a  new  restoration  to  ministry  center  incorporates  the  strengths  and  effective  principles,  as  well  as  including  structure,  philosophy,  and  ministry  improvements  to  avoid  some  of  the  areas  of  weakness  observed.
