■520    ▼aChapter  three  describes  the  action  component  of  the  project  composed  of  workplace  visits  and  observations  coupled  with  a  series  of  five  workshops  focusing  on  ministry  and  decision-making.  Included  is  the  framework  of  five  questions  and  six  principles  developed  by  the  group  for  decision-making  in  the  workplace.
■520    ▼aChapter  two  explores  the  theological  foundations  of  the  project:  ministry  of  the  laity,  two  kingdoms,  priesthood  of  all  believers,  the  church,  and  the  role  of  the  laity  in  the  public  world.  Theoretical  foundations  are  also  examined:  systems  of  ethics  including  deontology,  utilitarianism,  absolutism,  relativism,  and  Michael  Rion's  framework  from  The  Responsible  Manager.  In  addition,  systems  theory  is  investigated  with  emphasis  upon  co-dependence,  addiction,  systems  in  organizations,  and  specifically  systems  in  the  church.
