요약 : An essay in exploration of contemporary narrative approaches to theology with the hermeneutics of David Tracy in view. Following Tracy's claim that religion's nearest analogue is art, this study considers the movement of the analogical imagination from aesthetics to ethics. Attentive to the phenomenological claim that the tongue is an organ of both language and taste, the linguistic turn to the body is investigated through a hermeneutics of bringing narrative approaches to theology into mutually critical conversation with ritual criticism and liturgical theology. Thus, concluding that one must read both the body and the book in the story of naming ourselves and rendering God's name in history.
