■520    ▼aHowever,  there  are  several  problems  to  practice  the  spirit  of  the  Tres  Dias  in  their  church  life  and  everyday  life.  First,  the  Tres  Dias  experience  is  very  moving  and  strong  to  those  who  participate,  but  it  tends  to  fade  away  as  time  goes  by.  Second,  for  those  who  are  attending  the  Tres  Dias  retreat,  living  a  good  Christian  life  seems  to  be  possible  while  they  are  on  the  retreat.  But  they  feel  this  is  difficult  to  practice  in  their  everyday  lives.  Finally,  in  the  church  community,  Tres  Dias  experience  tends  to  be  exclusive  that  there  may  be  some  conflict  between  those  who  have  experienced  Tres  Dias  and  those  who  have  not.
■520    ▼aMost  people  have  a  very  deep  emotional,  inspirational  experience  during  the  four-day-long  Tres  Dias  retreat  program.  Most  of  them  make  a  decision  to  live  a  holy  life  and  to  play  an  important  role  in  their  church  community.  In  fact,  they  devote  themselves  to  participate  regularly  in  the  church  service,  to  pray  ceaselessly,  to  love  their  neighbors  as  themselves.
■520    ▼aThe  purpose  of  this  project  is  (1)  to  develop  'Rollo  Bible  Study'  as  a  new  reunion  method  and  a  way  of  spiritual  direction  after  Tres  Dias,  based  on  the  Tres  Dias  spirit  and  the  topics  of  the  Rollo  given  to  the  participants  during  the  retreat;  (2)  to  execute  'Rollo  Bible  Study'  in  Gangseo  Methodist  Church  and  (3)  to  observe  and  evaluate  whether  Rollo  Bible  Study  is  effective  to  make  the  Tres  Dias  experiences  functional  in  the  local  church,  in  a  way  to  have  a  positive  effect  in  the  congregation.  The  result  of  this  study  shows  that  the  Rollo  Bible  Study  did  not  have  much  effect  on  the  dynamics  of  the  congregation.
■520    ▼aTherefore,  it  is  needed  to  develop  a  personal  experience  of  Tres  Dias  into  a  communal  experience.  Also,  these  problems  are  happening  because  there  have  not  been  an  appropriate  subsequent  program(s).  Thus,  an  appropriate  pastoral  leadership  is  needed  to  apply  the  Tres  Dias  experience  of  the  congregation  to  the  everyday  life  of  the  congregants.  The  core  of  this  spiritual/pastoral  care  is  to  help  those  who  experienced  Tres  Dias  to  remember,  encourage,  and  actualize  the  Tres  Dias  spirit  through  a  subsequent  program.
