요약 : The project did begin the process of transforming the campus. The Admissions work resulted in a near-record number of new students, which equaled 51% of the student body in the fall term. Of these, a significant number were Christian students on the campus. Changing the kind of student who walked the campus had an impact on its face. The campus ministry also underwent changes. New ministries were formed and students were converted to Christ.

요약 : The strategy to accomplish this goal involved two different processes that are actually part of this same path.: (1) Recruit Christian students for every area of campus life and other students who will join in the journey of Christ; (2) Develop further student ministries on the campus to bear witness to Christ, reach the unbeliever, and nurture the Christian student in leadership. The researcher occupied the dual roles of Director of Admissions and Director of Student Ministries, which allowed him to work on both sides of this process. The Admissions process involved finding, recruiting, and enrolling a significant number of Christian students who would see their presence at Bacone College as a nine-month mission trip in which their task is to change their own specific segment of the campus for Christ. The other (though simultaneous) focus of the project worked to facilitate ministry by students to students on the campus. Following the postmodern model of 'many paths to one truth' and the 'both/and' rather than 'either/or' approach, this ministry supported every believer's search for her/his own path to Jesus Christ.
초록/해제
요약 : This thesis reflects upon a project conducted on the campus of Bacone College, a school established in 1884 to serve the Native American peoples of Oklahoma. While planted to be an orthodox, denominational school of the American Baptist Churches the college had become secularized. The purpose of this project was to transform this campus for Christ by using a Biblical postmodern model.
