■520    ▼aThe  intention  of  this  project  was  to  consider  the  lack  of  understanding  and  knowledge  there  was  of  Biblical/Scriptural  obedience  as  it  was  demonstrated  in  the  daily  lives  of  today's  believers  within  the  Church.  The  project  was  to  develop  a  balanced  seminar  for  the  cultivating  of  understanding  and  the  enhancing  of  knowledge  among  believers  on  Biblical/Scriptural  obedience  in  the  daily  walk  of  today's  believers  and  how  this  would  affect  the  church  and  the  believer's  surroundings.  The  seminar  included  a  lecture  series,  classroom  discussion  and  interaction,  homework,  inventories,  journaling  and  closing  feedback,  interviews  and  debriefing  sessions.
■520    ▼aThe  working  hypothesis  for  this  project  was,  if  a  fourteen-session  seminar,  using  the  Word  of  God  for  the  foundational  basis  and  source  for  a  seminar,  taught  on  Biblical/Scriptural  obedience  was  experienced  by  believers,  then  there  could  occur  a  deepening  of  understanding  of  Biblical/Scriptural  obedience,  and  a  better  consistent  response  could  result.
■520    ▼aThe  inquiry  and  formation  of  the  seminar  and  project  on  Biblical/Scriptural  obedience  in  the  daily  walk  of  the  believer,  its  practical  application  and  how  it  affects  the  church---to  this  author's  awareness,  has  not  been  performed  prior  to  this  point.  It  is  a  subject  that  does  not  want  to  be  discussed  by  the  general  church  or  addressed  by  its  leadership.  As  the  progression  of  the  project  and  the  seminar  matured,  one  was  keenly  aware  of  the  adversity  it  brought  to  individuals  and  the  organization.
■520    ▼aAt  the  beginning,  the  pre  and  post-inventory  participants  completed  the  assigned  inventory,  created  to  help  give  direction  in  establishing  the  workbook  and  seminar,  and  to  ascertain  the  knowledge  and  bearing  on  what  the  believers  understood  about  the  subject  matter.  After  the  correlation  of  the  analyzed  pre-inventory  data,  the  seminar  was  then  administered  to  forty  (40)  students  for  a  fourteen  (14)  session  symposium.  At  the  conclusion  of  the  teaching,  thirty-six  (36)  of  those  students  took  the  inventory  again.  This  was  done  so  that  a  comparison  could  be  done  on  the  pre  and  post-inventories.  This  was  helped  through  the  inventories  being  computer  generated.
■520    ▼aThere  were  some  interesting  conclusions  drawn  from  the  project.  Conclusion  number  one  showed  that  more  in-depth  training  in  Biblical/Scriptural  was  necessary.  Second,  the  use  of  the  seminar/classroom  setting  was  most  effective  in  creating  dialogue,  Body-ministry  and  a  suitable  relaxing  climate  for  this  to  occur.  Third,  there  was  a  measurable  change  in  the  outlook  of  the  participants  as  they  dealt  with  Biblical/Scriptural  obedience  in  their  own  daily  walk  and  the  way  it  challenged  the  church.
■520    ▼aSeveral  recommendations  were  made.  First,  whenever  possible,  immense  care  must  be  made,  because  of  the  depth  that  the  seminar  reaches  into  touching  the  spirit  and  heart  of  the  participants.  It  also  tends  to  strike  at  the  adversary  of  our  souls,  which  caused  increased  spiritual  warfare.
■520    ▼aThe  final  two  phases  of  the  project  were  encouraging.  The  journaling,  feedback  and  dialogue  session  were  exceptional.  They  helped  re-enforced  feelings,  experiences  and  spiritual  inquiries.  This  helped  show  that  the  participants  were  experiencing  new  dimensions  to  the  spiritual  walk  and  that  within  Biblical/Scriptural  obedience,  they  were  following  the  Master  a  bit  closer.
