■520    ▼aThis  study  presents  a  plan  for  change  in  the  Overseas  Missions  Committee  (OMC)  of  the  Korean  Evangelical  Holiness  Church.  The  purpose  of  this  study  is  to  develop  bridging  strategies  for  making  the  structure  of  OMC  developmentally  alive.  By  using  Clinton's  Four  Step  Model  the  present  situation  and  the  future  ideal  situation  are  described,  people  resources,  change  climate  and  solution  set  analyzed,  and  bridging  strategies  created.
